It’s the weekend! What better to treat yourself with than with a delicious stack of vegan banana pancakes? I have tried a million different variations, but this one by The Pretty Bee is definitely my favourite!
Adding fruit to your salads- you either love it or hate it. You might have noticed I tend to add the craziest ingredients to my salads; from toppings to fruit. This recipe serves as the perfect light lunch. With a side of sweet potato or warming grains you will be good to go!

After your meditation session that is 🙂 If you’ve had a long night out or ate too much in the evening, treat yourself to this easily-digestible bowl of blended goodness. There’s no reason you should just have smoothies as breakfast or as a snack! Smoothies- if made ‘responsibly’- are a great way of packing TONS of essential vitamins and minerals into one meal. In case you hadn’t noticed, one of my favourite things to do is transform classic dishes into super easy vegan versions! My favourite comfort dessert will almost always involve cinnamon, one way or another. From traditional Belgian Speculoos to a deliciously warm apple crumble- I can’t get enough! So without further ado, here is my (slightly) healthier version of the traditional apple and pear crumble.
Everytime I get back to London I find myself having to whip up a meal using anything I can find in my pantry and freezer. Here’s a golden tip: whenever you make the perfect smoothie (not easy!), write down exactly what is in it. It’s what I did for this one, making it ready for you to try out! The large portion makes for a filling breakfast, alternatively, you could have half of it as a snack.
